Weeks ago, my wife and I along with our newborn baby and our two-year-old walked into an open and house and met Tatiana. We loved the house and told Tatiana we were interested. At that moment, we were nowhere near ready to buy a house. We had not sold the house we were currently living in-in fact it was not even on the market and we had no idea how to put a house on the market. We had not secured financing. All we really knew is that we liked the house. Tatiana took everything in stride. She walked us through step by step everything that we needed to do if we were going to get the house we wanted.
