As Director of Client Services, Lori Bernstein is the central point of coordination for our clients and our team. With almost 20 years of experience in real estate and client-facing roles, she oversees the entire client journey—from the first conversation to well after closing—so that every buyer and seller experience consistent communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful follow-through.

Lori works closely with our team to understand each client’s goals, timeline, and preferred way of communicating. She helps organize the many moving parts of a transaction: scheduling, document flow, updates, and next steps, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Whether she is supporting a first-time buyer, a luxury seller, or a repeat investor, Lori keeps the process organized and the experience calm, even when the market moves quickly.

Committed to continual improvement, Lori looks for ways to use systems, checklists, and technology to streamline the client experience. She helps the team implement better communication tools, track key milestones, and respond faster to questions so our clients always know where things stand and what comes next.
